reset your character's appearance.

then choose a face and it will show you a cam option.

But it seems to work only with some cameras. Mainly Logitech.

game sure did not like my 2 webcams
(neither logitech)

what logitech did you use, i have a built in web cam, turned it on before running game, and no camera options appeared.
