ye,that bug seems to happen more in vegas2 than it would in vegas, but the tango's footsteps are another bug,(lack of them)this happens even more frequently, you will be down to 6 or so tango's all is quiet, then one will sneak up on you,you can't hear these guys,I think they must wear slippers,or the other anoying bug, certain tango's will not die, even when sprayed with a full clip and more, even some prove bomb/fire proof too,lol and this also happens as a host too, only the gun bug loop is not audible while hosting

I play pretty much every nite, TH over the net only. I either join or host if there r not low ping servers.
But, since I'm in Australia, it is very hard to find a decent server. Even when i host, not many ppl join me....bit of a let down.
Wouldnt mind more Aussie players out there!

My handle is FIVEX1950 on line.I too am distressed with the looping sound bugs, you can't hear the bad guys, and it is sooooo loud it hurts your ears. The lag is horrible, the servers almost always loose connection, at least for me.If things don't change, I will probably stop playing on line. Ubi does not care or it would have been fixed by now. I love playing on line, but.

But I do have a question, I recently purchased the pc version, and I can't help but notice the option to use a 360 controller...
I want to, but It will not allow me to turn this setting on, I have downloaded all the proper drives to run it.
Advice?
I am running Vista if that makes a difference...
I prefer the speed and accuracy of keyboard and mouse on PC, but maybe this thread will help: http://forums.ubi.com/eve/foru...601058556#5601058556

O.K. guys and or gals There has been tons of imformation posted here about getting the X-Box Controller to work with Vegas2. Some people have just been able to change the values and the controller works just fine. I on the other hand am part of the group that struggled to get the controller set up. I see the same old problem that I had is causing some of you grief. I tried running as administrator and was unable to save the file changes. I finally went back and gave everyone adminisrative rights and was able to save the files at that time. I don't know if this will be of any help to you trying to set up the controller or not. It's mostly hit and miss till you find something that works for you. It did work for me so I am passing on the imformation. I tried playing a couple of times with the controller after the struggle to get it loaded and like Lethal didn't care to well for the performance. The problem I had was the sensitivity of the aiming stick, don't know if it is slow reflexs or what but I never could get it to lock in for the kill. So I still play and am back to using the mouse and keyboard again. Different strokes for different folks I guess. So good luck on your instalation of the controller.
If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.
