Is there a setting in some hidden folder or anywhere that i can window my copy of r6v2 because the game runs very laggy on my computer when i run the resolution at 1440x900 (which is my computers natural resolution)

To my knowledge, there is no windowed mode!

You might try setting resolution to lower levels, and turn off AA.
Also, try lowering or turning off other settings until you find something that works better.

Even with a decent system you will get lag online because of Ubiosoft's poor netcode!
Co-op is worse because there is no SADS support for T-Hunt.
You can run only a listen server so you are at the mercy of not only the poor netcode, but also the hosts computer configuration!!
