The master servers for Raven Shield are currently down also. Cmon UBI get your heads out of each others asses.

any news on servers down? tryed again today still not connecting

up any time soon?

i thought it was my firewall but i guess its not, my other games works fine, only vegas game dont connect.

Ubisoft severs are always down on a regular basis!

WOW is all I can say Lethal. I see you have been fighting the battle for a long time. I knew you had been around for a while but had no idea for eternity. Yesterday it was the same peoblem as always (server crashs all day)and it is a bit frustrating. Like you said the crashs sure are not caused by overload as there are very few matchs any longer.

I for one would like to thank you for hanging around for so long beating your head against a wall.

I'm not sure how much value the site has at present, but there are still a few gamers buying this game and then come here for their first post because the game doesn't run or there are other serious problems.
Ubisoft lost my respect long ago, but I feel sorry for those gamers and try to help when I can.

Too bad they don't check here before they buy the game!!

And the Ubi server goes down in the middle of a good game, and the game goes belly up.
Now we cannot log on our accounts.


I will not be purchasing another Ubisoft title.

I am sick of being at the mercy of this stupid ubi soft game lobby.

Oh come on...don't be so immature.

I got it to work, and for your information, it had nothing to do with UBISoft. My Computer crashed and i re-formatted the thing...now i can login no problem. I don't understand why people always have to point the finger at someone else all the time. UBISoft has produced nothing short of amazing work with their Tom Clancy games...it really bugs me when people complain and moan and groan about how the game's got bugs in it. A true gamer can get past the issues and have a good time with it.

Anyhow, thanks for all those that helped, glad it's workin now...and as far as I'm concerned, this thread can be closed.

it happened again.
In a game with 8 players...
6 of us dropped out because the connection to the lobby was lost.
Unable to log into account to rejoin.
Nice work Ubisoft.
You set the bar when it comes to lack of support for games.

I think i will put r6v2 back on the shelf to collect dust. Frown

The Ubisoft servers go down on a regular basis.

By the time you re-formatted, they were likely back up again.
(Your computer may have crashed, that isn't the problem being discussed in this thread!)

I used to play Vegas 1 and 2 with friends and relatives.
I rent a Teamspeak server so we can talk to each other while we play!

When everyone gets kicked out of the game and no one can log back in, that is not your computer!
When we could finally log back in, all of the SADS servers are gone, and only a couple of other games back up.

This problem has been around since Vegas 1, and there is a big thread somewhere, where Ubisoft admitted to the problem, and the server has been down for over 12 hours at one time in the past.

PLiNaR is not immature!
He has a legitimate complaint!!

It WILL happen again!!!
And it isn't only Vegas 2 .. it is often other Ubisoft games at the same time.

Of course, it happened again....

Last night the connection was crappy all afternoon. Forcing people to drop out and making them re-join several times.

We just had to quit because after a while it became too tiresome.
The server were down only for a few minutes at a time, but it happened every half an hour to 45 minutes.

Crap!

So if Its just a problem at my end, why did 6 players drop out at the same moment in time????
I was on teamspeak with the host, and he confirmed it was 6 out of the 8 players that got booted because they lost connection with the lobby.
So aww yeaa.. the problem is at my end..
Hey.. at least I did not waste my time formatting my pc because of ubisoft,s crappy lobby... LOL

This problem with the Ubisoft server has put me off buying anything with a ubisoft brand name on it.
I play cod 5 a fair bit.
And I have never had issues logging into that game to play....NOT EVER......
But I get problems with r6v2 all the time.

If this is how Ubisoft "support " thier games,
they can stick it where the sun does not shine.
It will be a cold day in hell before I purchase another title from Ubisoft.
