Same sad story. I can play the game for hours on tango hunt and story mode but when I click on login the game crashes with a general protection fault.

The game is version 1.03.

I bought the game off of Steam and I have verified that the files are not corrupt.

I am also running a dual core Intel 1.8.

I have searched numerous forums but have not found a solution. If anyone knows any solutions post them here. Thanks.

have you check your temps? Online gaming puts a little more stress on your rig I think.

Its something to do with the game trying to run in a section of memory that is already running something. It is a common error. Just google around you might find a solution.

What are my temps? Like temporary folders? If what can I delete without screwing up other parts of my system.

He means the temperatures of your computer, and no that is not your problem. Google the exact error and you should find the solution to your problem eventually.

Or do you mean temperature, my temperature is fine, not even warm most of the time.

Ok, I reinstalled windows, ran scandisk, defragged, everything that I could find on google for GPFs but the game still crashes when I try to login. Anyone have any answers?

Hi just purchased this game and it automatically runs a patch to resolve the login fault..there is a nother problem though!!! No sound apart from the main character...no footsteps .. no other gun fire...nothing!! How the hell do you report these problems to ubisoft???
