Yes, It's true. If you arent going to fix High Stakes. Do a role back patch. At lease version 1.02 was working great and was smooth to play. Once version 1.03 came out. Team Death match start to lag and people start to stick to each other. This is a fun game but trip at the finish line... and stop trying to copy COD. People play Rainbow because its different from COD.
