I just got Rainbow Six Vegas 2 yesterday, it lags so much it takes 3 seconds for the cursor on the menu to switch to where It's supposed to go, is there a way to change the game quality (textures, model detail, ect.) to a realy low quality or a cheap easy way to boost my computer's memory? (P.S. I checked the extras-options but I found nothing that would involve the game qualities)

Sound same problem in deference words, so fallow that link & trim your memory consummation, CPU affinity & Priority. Make sure there are no unnecessary background application running, even small applications that that don't consume much memory can have un-proportional impact duo to IRQ interruption & wasted CPU cycles. Also try to disconnect any uncritical USB hardware from the same reason (change to PS2 mouse as well)

Next time when you ask people for help try to remember that they have no clew at all what system you're running, so without system specs you are just wasting everyone time & good will.

There is a video tab in Games/Options.
You can lower resolution, set AA to none and lower or disable other video options that may help.
