Yeah I have the same problem since I updated to the 181.20 drivers for my 8800 GTS.
The problem did not exist with the 178.24 drivers. I'll downgrade again to verify.
EDIT:
Since I use vertical sync with my TFT, I tried enabling triple buffering and I think that did the trick.

i get crazy flickering and giant walls that form out of nowhere .... its like crazy.. I have two 8800 GTS 640mb cards (  g80 cores) not sure whats up.. |

I am going to re-download the game to see if it helps... it might be corrupted. my friend has the exact same motherboard and video card as me and he doesnt have this problem...

Trust me, it's not the game. Download the archived drivers 178.24 and the problem is gone.
