I just got my laptop back today from getting repaired. When I try to join a online server, it was loading up, but near the end it goes back to my main page saying " THE CONNECTION TO THE HOST HAS BEEN LOST". I tried couple different server, and its all the same, not working. I uninstall rsv2 permanetly and installed again, it works, but when I delete the R6vegas2 in the My Games -> Ubisoft, and substitute for my previous R6Vegas2 folder, it wont work. I dont want to restart my rank. T.T
Please help. |

the reason is either your internet connection or that the host is shuting the surver down..when i try to join a server its sometimes coming, but try all the servers-remember that servers without PING(connection signals)dont always work.thats why u get the connection to the host have been lost
hope this helps |

If I understand your post correctly, it sounds as if you are able to connect to servers after your new install??!!
It's only when you replace your R6Vegas2 folder that creates the same problem. I hope you made a copy of the folder before you replaced it with your old one. Start with the new folder that worked and just replace the files you need from your old one. PlayerProfile.ini contains your key. I think this one might contain what you need: R6_EquipEquipmentTemplate If not, try this one: R6GameConfig.bin Try that one and if it doesn't restore your rank, then try each one .. one at a time, being sure to restore the new files before trying another. This should also help you determine which file is creating your problem! Personally, if it is necessary, I would rather start over with a game that I can play online, then to have my old rank and not be able to connect! Good luck! |
