Hi,
After reading a few posts on people altering some of the ini files to change server defaults and the like I am hoping someone has had the patience to work out if there is a way to make the AI terrorists in the MP terrorist hunt maps throw more than just flashbangs.
I've spent a bit of time foraging through the files and altering bits and pieces to no avail so far.
In Vegas 1 you were constantly getting fragged and burnt in the same mode but in Vegas 2 I have only seen frags/incen in vegas junkyard and sometimes in convention centre. I'm all for making it as hard as possible... I've also been playing this every night since... well the day it came out so I'm all for a bit more change too, mind you.

they already do throw frags and incendiaries at you,from time to time 1 thing they do not use is smoke as they frequently would do in vegas 1,as for the ini files,from what i can see some of these files are locked,probably by ubisoft, as after they do an update,the A.I will say new things and act differently,sometimes,as for the files there are a.i actions that suggest they could barricade them selves in a room or behind some object,and also other action types that ubi has not utilized,you can change the values but no change is apparent,btw the old vegas 1 map pack does not work in vegas2 the maps will appear in the menu,but they dont load

Hey thanks for having a look to see. It's a bit dissapointing that it is less realistic or possibly more gamie compared to the R6 series. Although I don't remember many grenades getting thrown in the original missions either. R6V1 had the extra bit of excitement of getting driven out of hiding by lethal grens whereas R6V2 it is infrequent and from my count only in 2 0r 3 maps in COOP terrorist hunt mode.. *sigh*
In any case... I seem to have drifted over to GRAW2... now damn that takes some focus and the maps and mods seem pretty prolific which will keep me interested in that for awhile I suspect.
