Actually, I believe it was based off the UN logo.

If I were you I would use the WHO Patch for the team armpatch. Looks a lot better than the UBI Patch to begin with and you are not giving Ubisoft free advertising for their broken games.

I looked closely at both patchs and the UBI Patch just seems to be a modified WHO Patch. You may be able to take the WHO Patch to a program with an editor and make the changes yourself like it looks like someone did in the past. Just a thought on my part. But wishing you luck if you decide to try it.
