They look like the musical instruments from within the Decorations - check the icons where you choose your buildings, etc.

Do you have a mission to build a trading post with an ally? Check your Diplomancy menu to see if an ally has that product to trade with you.

You could also try using the "Find" function at the top of the screen to see if you can find other threads regarding this mission.

I haven't played settlers i a while, but I believe that there is a harbour in the south-east, if you help them, they will trade musical instruments with you...
