Hi,

I am having problems with the picture on this game, the sound is fine but the picture is all jumbled. The game keeps installing to the game location on my computer with no option for a shortcut to be made to the desktop. My computer is run on Windows Vista.
Not sure how I put my dxdiag on here tried to copy but it won't paste.

Unfortunately, the Intel chipset in your computer uses a video chip that lacks hardware support for the features this game uses, and instead uses software emulation of the hardware.

The only thing I can suggest, is to lower all game graphics settings to minimum and use a low screen resolution to see if that helps with the display problems.

Thankyou for your reply. I have managed to solve the problem by downloading Intel graphics Media Accelerator Driver, I can't zoom all the way in as the screen goes funny but I can play the game with no other problems, If I did try to change my screen resolutions will it upset the Accelerator Driver?

Changing the resolution shouldn't upset the driver, that's one of its normal functions anyway, and lower resolution and graphics settings may allow you to zoom in closer before it starts getting a bit too much for the video chip to handle.
