I have had The Settlers: Rise of an Empire for some time now and have just had to replace my computer. I have re-installed RoE and i can't even play the first tutorial without it locking up. I have picture and sound but i can't do anything.Sometimes i have no picture but still have sound. I just can't figure out what is going on please help.
