Im waiting for some 1 or 1 whit half hour (real time) and its inactive... Its says not ready for anthoer ceromony , and im maked one only in start of game ... :/

It takes time in real time for a the priest to hold a new sermon. If they did it quicker then it would be used as a quick way to raise gold.

Unless you are involved in a fight or have to complete a quest in a time limit, run the game in 3 x mode. You will then be able to hold sermons faster and you tax collectors are able to build up you gold quicker.

another reason this could happen is if you are using cheats to get money, as if you have too much money he cant drop off the money he has collected and will never return stopping you from having another.
