Hey! I just bought the RoaE Gold edition and so far, I love it!

I'm really interested in playing online, but it seems that no one's online. Is there something wrong with my connection or something? Or is there just not that much ppl who plays online?

Have you opened these ports in your router?

Ports are:

3074 - 3173 UDP
3074 TCP
3087 TCP

Yes, theese ports are open. And when I logged in erlier today, there was one guy online.

How many ppl are playing online? Is it hard to find players?

Most players seem to prefer to play sp rather than online mp, you just need to look at the user maps available on map sites to see this, unlike the previous Settlers V, where sp maps were quite rare, they're by far the most common maps for RoaE.

I can only assume most players prefer to concentrate on the City building and resource management side of the game, rather than go online and fight other players.
