Use the Find icon to look for other threads regarding the mission that you are on (I can't remember which one it is) - there are hints on the mead problem in them.

Within the production menu, you can stop the bread from being used temporarily while you finish that part of the quest.

As a rule of thumb... what the land cannot provide your trade contacts generally will (after you do what they say).

Hey, i've tried everything, its winter all year around... the other 2 that i can trade with have only got, sheep and stone, both i have enough of.
but i still can't get more wheat, my people keep eating it once it has formed into bread, and i have to deliver 6 inorder to move on to the next mission or task, how do i stop them from eating it, becoz i now have no wheat left, only thing i can think of doing is starting that stage again...which i really don't want to do.

Within the production menu you can click on the bakeries and then pause the consumption of the bread.

Try exploring the north-west region of the map... be careful of the "wolves" Wink

There is one thing I would advise and that is avoid upgraing you castle until after you have supplied the wollen clothes.

This will avoid having to build a tannery to supply your settlers with clothes until after you have sent the woolen clothes., at which point you can then allow your settles access and start upgrading you castle.

Though this mission may seem an ideal one for Elias- he can supply food reducing the need to produce it for your settlers however any knight can do this is you plan properly.

First build you hunters huts, wood cutters, stone cutter and butchers but do not upgrade your castle. There is a very good reason for this as once you do this you settlers will need clothes.

Next attach you troops to you knight to protect the knight and move due east of you territory.

Here there are the territories that have iron and also just above that a terriroty that has a few cows. Build an outpost in the territory that has the cows, star milk production and when you have enough milk you can suppliment your settlers diet with cheese from a dairy.

Assuming that you already know how to obtain the sheep you need for woolen clothe production and have managed to find the hut with the wheat, you can then build the sheep farms, weavers and bakers and halt the settlers taking goods from the bakers/weavers.

To get the honey needed for the mead you wil be told where there is a cave with bears. To defeat them you must not only smoke them out but kill them.

By now you should have enough goods to supply the two village and sent them, allowing you to unblock the consumption of bread and clothes. Also you should have enough money to put an outpost in the territory where the iron mine is.

You should by then have enough resources/gold to up grade you castle and start troop production to send to the cave and kill the bears.

Then you will get some honey sent to you to produce mead. by following the same steps taken to block the settlers taking woolen clothes and bread you wil be able to build up enough mead to send to the villages.

The reuslt is Victory and you can move on to the next challenge.
