I killed my enemies, destroyed their buildings and hardbors. How do I win?

What were the Victory Conditions for the map?

it says to destroy all the trojan ships and harbors with it's fortification. Take over the trojan castles and use them to build up a bridgehead. What's a bridgehead?

Dictionary tells me that a bridgehead is a fortified area established in enemy territory especially on the enemy side of a river, etc.
