and also can you find out the wattage of youre psu without taking the case off?

The Radeon 200 IGP has the hardware to run the game at low graphics settings, but I'm not sure if the game will recognise it as having enough video ram, as when installing, it usually looks for dedicated video ram, and not shared system ram, so you could get an error message about insufficient video memory.
The best way to see if it will work, is to try try the demo, if that works, the game will run ok.

With that chipset, if it's the desktop version, you should have a video card expansion slot, so you could buy and fit a much better card, which would be more suited to game playing.

As for the power supply, some computers have the power rating on the back of the case, but usually you have to take the side panel off, and check the sticker on the power supply itself in order to find out.
