i got serious stuck here as well. look on the map, get your army and knight quite close to the Red territory (north east side) so you can see in there territory, look for where there castle is, you will see and wall and gate, inside there territory you will see a river, than another gate that leads to the castle, in the part with the river, that is where your prison is, look to your right. (your right or on screen right) you can go around the wall, where the river runs, its weird, i know, go in with some knights, quite a few, but not all of them, you going to need all you army after you have resuced the prisoner. go into the red territory, around the wall, take you army men in with you, get them to fight the red army, whilst you go and resuce the prisoner, becareful of getting killed by the arches on the wall. once you resuced the knight, get him safely back to your castel. get all your men out and ready to have a battle, the red army is going to came in full force to destroy your settlement, make sure they can't get in at any angle, you must make sure that very opening up to your castel is secure. i hope this helps you. if you still get stuck go on to the main form page, find find and type in what you are looking for. it helped me.
