hi can someone help me plz i need to know where can i find an activation code and why isn't my the settlers rise of the empire multilayer doesn't work because it said that my CD key Wasn't valid plz tell me.

Have you checked to make sure you are not inserting the letter o when its the number 0?,an 8 can also look like a B.

what do you mean are you the guy who made the game and im saying that my cd key couldnt be validated and i tiped in the one what i had on the booklet at the back and where can i find the activation code plz reply

Which is exactly what penny told you to check in the first place.

Not sure if the same issue or not but when trying to play online it always says 'Unable to validate CD key'. Doesn't say it's invalid or anything. We have two copies and seem to have the same problem with both.

Do you have updated your ubisoft?Maby someone has stolen your cd/validation key and maby he/she uses that.
