rock lee chackra should be super low but his stamina should be very high

Range 3? All of rock lee attacks are melee. Range 1, Speed 5, Strength 3, Chakra 1, Stamina 4

He's a range 3 because of his height and length. His melee attack can stretch beyond other character. Range depends on a character's height, length and physical skill which is why Rock lee has 3.

He's a range 3 because of his height and length. His melee attack can stretch beyond other character. Range depends on a character's height, length and physical skill which is why Rock lee has 3. And he's not as fast as guy yet so a 3/ is good since he's a genin than the shippuden version of himself he's a 4 speed.

you should also have jutsu speed like how long it takes for their jutsu's to charge up for EX:Itachi's jutsu should charge up quicker because he does his hands very fast like kakashi and the older versions of the characters hands signs should be faster and everybody should not only have multiple costumes but 2 versions da least if possible and sum ppl 3 under the same person like press Y to see all their younger and older versions For EX: (Ship.Naruto/Naruto/& young Naruto with the goggles and jumpsuit on halfway),(Ship.Sasuke,den same as naruto but sasuke didnt have goggles he just had no head band),(Jiriaya,Jiriaya in his army costume,and kid jiriaya)/(same for tsunade and orochimaru)/(hokages in their hokage suit with the hat,younger version if availble,and war suit),(kakashi,black ops kak.,kid kakashi),(Ship.Rockle,rock lee,drunk lee),(ship.sakura,sakura wit short hair,long hair s.),(kimimaro,kid kimimaro),(haku,den kid haku),(Ship.Neji,Neji,curse seal Neji with a beat up costume) den everybody transforms like orochimaru turns into a whitesnake,gaara upper body shakaku,naruto fox,sasuke CS2,and pretransformation how they get there

Most of it is good, some are questionable, such as young sakura having 4 speed..... Naruto was better than Sakura in every way..... Sasuke dominated both of them..... But yeah my point is Sakura should have 2 stars maximum on each stats, except possibly chakra.

yeah you right why sakura so so fast she sucks in da show and in shippuden shes about as fast as naruto was but strong

I already talked about character Jutsu speed being different. I didn't say it but I did say it should return to the ROAN way. Any body that played Roan would understand what I was referring to.
