Honestly If UbiSoft where to make another Naruto title, they should put there heads together on an Ideal about Characters having there own chakra "Gauge/levels" For Gameplay and feel of a individuality of that character.

Katsuyu Healing:Tsunade may summon a Katsuyu about half her size to heal her health by about a fifth of her full health when her health reaches red.This jutsu is used like a combo
and may also be used on a teammate(cant go higher than level 1)

Tsunades combos should also do increased damage which uses up a small amount of chakra each time she lands a hit on the opponent.

The jutsu for eye techniques should only take about one second to do. It shouldn't take as long as all the other jutsus. Also once you put it on it shouldn't leave unless you have no chakra left or if you turn it off to perserve chakra.... Is it me or that flute girl.... Could she just back y somebody for a whole match?
