I was at the arena and messing around with raising the tower up and down with the weight thing. I had to leave the game and as you know, the games save themselves everytime you exit the game. The next time I went in to play, the game starts with me on the platform, but the pilar has dissapeared! There is a big hole in the platform where you can see the water below, but no pilar. The background music is playing and I can go right or left, but not forward to anyplace. I'm stuck in a circle! Is there a way out of this?

This is a known problem - in fact, you're inside the pillar. Because of this, you shouldn't quit the game while standing on the pillar.

Unfortunately, there is no way out. You'll have to go back to a saved game. Each time you take a picture with the camera (by clicking on the blue ball near the top of the screen), you create a saved game. I hope you have a saved game from not too long before you entered the arena.

Hello Pwrhands, well what can I say, the game is hard enough without being trapped inside the pilar! I hope you are not claustraphobic! Still at least you had nice music to enhance your entrapment! This particular bug has never happened to me, thank goodness! Good luck and I hope you are enjoying the game as much as I am. Although I could cheerfully throttle Esher, I find his monologues quite wearisome!
