The elevator in the tunnel is a real headache! I am having breat difficulties here. I know the correct symbol from Yeesha's book 7, and I draw it as close as I can get it, but the Bahro will not stay long enough to get the elevator to the top. Is it a matter of placement? I've tried dropping the slate on the plate, off the plate, half on, etc. Nothing seems to work. Thought it might be a glitch, but can find no patch. What's up with this?

I would suggest drawing the symbol somewhere else so that you can verify you're drawing it correctly.

Bingo! The problem was that the Bahro gave no obvious sign that the symbol was not acceptable as drawn, so I assumed that it was good. But when I redrew it, meticulously, it worked. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hey Grizz, old buddy! I fiddled with this a while too. When I ran out of options I flipped through Yeesha's journal until I saw that the "Sing" slate drawing was the same shape as Laki'ahn's slate so I gave it a try.

Yeah, I noticed that association as well, and actually got the elevator to work on the first try. Unlike the big elevator in the arena, by the way. That one had me going for quite a while.

Hi, I need a very slight nudge in the right direction. very slight. what do i do at the top of the elevador, with all the lights. i know i can tought the lights, and go up and down the elevader, but do i get a clear indication that i am right? thanks, and just a slight nudge.

There is a proper lights/colors sequence to follow. And there is a hint somewhere for the color's sequence.

It is in the same age. If ever you need more just say the word (and how much more).

well ive looked all over, and either the hint is someplace i havent bee, or i dont understand it when i see it. also, i put down the slate next to one of the parana bird things, and i cant get it back, im hoping that quiting and loading the game again will fix this problem.

I beleive there is another place to be explored before going up the elevator.
If you got to the elevator, it should mean that you succeded to get through the "big cage puzzle". You could used the linking bubble to make your way over there again.

i tried looking around there, setting it to different things, but i cant find any colors other than brown. i could use a bit of a stronger hint, thatnks.

Have you found your way into the building yet across from the linking bubble, or at least looked in the windows? Your hint is in there.

yes i have that info now, but wat do i do with it. ive hit all buttons, sequences, all i can think of, what do i do.

Ok, so you found the sequence of colors. Make sure you are looking at the page from the right orientation then just follow the sequence of colors. If it's not one way then it's the other. You should only have to try it twice at most. When you get to the last one and push the button the door will open. Also an extra hint is the door you want the button is shiny/surrounded by gold rather than dingy color.

There are two elevator puzzles in that section. The outside elevator and the inside one. Because you say you can see only a brown color. my guess is your are at the outside elevator. Am I wrong ? In the above post we were talking about the inside elevator (different hints). The outside one should be played first so you can go up and look for hints to be able to play the "inside elevator".

Alright, for the indoor elevator, I was under the impression that the Snake symbol was needed. I put the tablet on the plate, primed the elevator, hopped on, but it won't take me all the way up.
I'm assuming I must have the wrong symbol, and it's hinted above that it should be a symbol from Yeesha. We haven't needed any Yeesha symbols yet, so why would it be now? I'll try sometime tomorrow probably.

It makes the bahro stay longer. The elevator cannot go all the way up if the bahro is not on the plate anymore.
