Would it pain you to know that you can beat Myst in less than 5 minutes once you've played it once? Wink

I sitll wish it waz liek myst 4 and 2 when it came to puzzle man myst 2 took me "ages"... myst 4 I sitll havn't beat.. I like in the last age and part of the game I lost it.....also I notice my save file are missing so it back to the begging.. ulike myst 5 al u have to do is remmer somthing liek 4-5 image u have to draw and its over..... Myst 4 when though I almsot beat it I goign to have one hell of a time redoing what I did mostly cuz I forgot how I did it.....also it sohudl have had the camra like myst 4 did for taking picture.. that saved a lot of useing real paper and pen to joite stuff down...

myst 5 should have been harder and should have had a lot more to do in it.. they traded gameplay for graphics (figure of speach) and it suposeto be the final myst game too.....

In a Cavern Today interview, one of the Cyan folks explained to us that Myst V was deliberately simplified. They felt that the difficulty of the puzzles in Myst V greatly interfered with the storytelling that is really at the heart of all the Myst titles.

Personally, I never finished Myst IV because I hit the wall with the puzzles. And two of the Cyan guys I spoke with didn't finish it either...

So Myst V was not only the finale of the series, but it was also something of a tribute to the longtime fans who liked the more traditional puzzles, and who wanted to reveal the story as well as solve puzzles.

And so, we skipped from too hard to too easy.
What about something in between? Couldn't Cyan guys think to that?
