hi
this is really silly but l just purchased myst v h have played the other ones but for some reason l can not open the door is there a trick or is the game not right please can someone help me.

Since this section is about general discussion (no hint or no spoiler) I would suggest you wait for a moderator to transfer it to the appropriate forum...click here

After it will have been transferred, you should see it in the spoiler forum and also you should see a small white icon with an arrow beside the title of your thread (first post).

With the little information you are giving us, it is a bit hard to guess what is really needed for a pertinent answer.

The answer here really isn't much of a spoiler for anything, but in the future, please ask questions such as this in the End of Ages Hints, Tips, and Spoilers forum.

Opening the door in the room you start in requires more than simply clicking on the handle... you need to click and drag the handle down in order to get the door to open (and make sure you're actually trying to open the door that has a handle on it)
