I haven't played this game and you've successfully managed to become my most hated.

Why?

The game won't run, there are riduculous hoops to even uninstall it, and your best support solution is to do a clean install of windows and/or roll back to service pack 1?

Print this out and pass it around the office, you're the most incompetant software company I've ever encountered, your support forum is a joke.

To reiterate, 99% of your support responses link to the same thread reccomending the user roll back to service pack 1a or do a clean install of windows.

Your game is not worth it.

I beleive you intended to post a message to Ubisoft but you did it at the wrong location.
