I have been hunting all over for Myst V for the Xbox. My search has been fruitless, why is there no Myst V for Xbox? And if there is, can someone kindly direct me to where I can order it.

Myst V is only available for Microsoft Windows and for Apple Macintosh. Cyan didn't have time or money for developing an XBox version, and since UbiSoft pulled the plug on further development of Myst games, it is very unlikely that an XBox version will ever be created. Sorry.
