I am editing this because this fly mode thing seems now to be a bug in my game and is not possible in a standard game. Sorry for the big fuss over nothing. edited Sat, Jan21-06

I just did discovered that there is a fly mode included in the game.

I is called the "free move (advanced) in the option settings. Since I have completed the game, I cannot tell you if it is available b4 that.

It is sometime a bit finicky and you might have to retry 3-4 times before it allows you to use it. But when it is working, it is even better than the "patch fly mode".

You go in the option menu and you click on the third mode "free move, (advanced), then you ckeck the "mouse" box.
Go back to the game and test with the space bar to see if you can go up in the air or go under the ground(or water). You might have to re-do many times before it works.

If you want to go and run after the laki's (whales) use the running mode (caps lock) and try to get your own laki's pictures.

It looks like you found a bug, Nanouk. I used that method all the way through without entering flymode.

Did you try going in and out of the mode a few time in a row ? and did you try hitting the #1 key before jumping (flying) ?

Then it would be a good idea for the thread to be deleted and wait to see if other people can succeed. And another thread could again be posted. nanouk.

No. I think yours is a clever trick.
I don't have the game installed any more.

I think I did that once but only accidentaly. I didn`t know what happend. it was in taghira. I fell( or sth. like that) into the water under the bridge and cam right out again

Nice one, Nanoukmetal. Someone else posted that in Laki'ahn near the scale they tried making their way around behind it close to the rocks and fell through to the water where there were Lakis! Try as I might, it didn't happen for me.

You should leave this up to encourage others to try to find your bug.
