Ok so I think I might have missed something here, I have drawn the meteorish linking symbol on the tablet and it is sparkling away and nothing is happenening, I even walked all the way back up to the top.
I have turned on the power Found the stairs in the blue room Brought the Tram over Found the symbols on a pillar through telescope Found linking symbol through telescope A push in the right direction for what I have missed would be greatly appreciated. |

Did you winch the tram by hand all the way over from the other pillar? That's a lot of work! Unfortunately, you're going to have to winch it back again because it won't do you any good docked at the first pillar.
OK, so you've seen a linking symbol on a pedestal through the telescope. Have you paid a visit to that pillar? If not, why not? If so, what did you find there. PS Before you lowered the stairs to the tram dock, did you get a picture of the schematic on the wall? It's a helpful guide to Todelmer. Good luck! Yes I had done those bits, I have done the worlds out of order somehow & didn't realise I needed to drop the tablet whoops.....

Help. I am at this stage too and am reading all I can about how to resolve the "probleml", but am stuck. I can't get to the "second pillar" coz I am at the first. I know the symbols, been to the big red room set the sliders on the appropriate machine, but not got any further. Can you please give me a bit more of a hint - without a walkthrough tough. thanks much in advance. |

shy_kitten, I think you need to look for another pillar (hint, hint). The symbols you can see on what you call the second pillar don't apply to the slate but, to something else. Hope this helps. Dave

Sometimes, there are things blocking it. You may need to move some thingies around...
