I've read all about how the signs aren't being accepted by the Bahro but in my case, there's a bit of a difference. I will get the Bahro to accept the slate/sign (obvious by his reaction) and the sign will then appear in the lower right region of the slate, however, the sign is not appearing on the pedestal. Since its not on the pedestal, I'm unable to link to the location.

I've tried many different things, including re-drawing the sign, having it re-accepted, but still not added to the pedestal. I've quit the game and then reloaded, I've walked away and returned to the bubbles, i've linked elsewhere and then returned.

Currently, the two signs that are not appearing on the pedestal are: Noloben - the sign linking you to the lab (yes, I've sealed the lab); and, Todelmar - the sign that links you to the Keep, at the end.

As I said, the signs are accepted and appear on the slates in the bottom right area but they do not appear on the pedestals in order for me to use them for linking.

I beleive it is normal.

From memory you will only have access to the Derebo main linking symbol.

If you want to go/revisit both spots, you link there from the main Entrance Bubble.

Btw, In Todelmer you get only three small symbols at the Main Bubble.

In Noloben, the symbol you need at the Main bubble are two circles(kind of bull's eyes) with a horizontal line on each side.

Thank you for your response but I'm not sure you understand, because the sign doesn't appear on the pedestal, I can't link to the location. In the case of Todelmar, the sign that won't appear is the last one, the one for the Keep. I can't complete the age without this sign.

In Noloben, I was able to move on by cheating, finding out the next sign and simply skipping the in-between step. This stunk but at least I was able to complete the age. I can't use a cheat in Todelmar because its the Keep sign that's not working. The sign is the circle within a circle with a tiny circle in "orbit" at a point NNE on the outer circle.

NOTE: I can tell that the Bahro accepts the sign because he reacts differently from an intentionally bad drawn sign I used just for this purpose. The Bahro takes tablet and disappears with it but there is no new sign on the pedestal for me to link to the Keep.

FINALLY: I didn't want to erase the above as it did happen exactly as I wrote; however, I did finally get the sign for the Keep in Todelmar to appear on the pedestal. I just kept re-drawing the sign over and over until it was eventually accepted. I didn't keep count after 18 tries but it must have been close to 30 attempts. What a sad problem for this game, shame on the developer. Its no wonder I wait until I can get the game for $5 at the 2nd hand store.
