Where is the wooden ladder and symbol above it, is it difficult to draw it, or what is the reason not to find any wooden ladder?

No, you shouldn't draw the "house" symbol. Where are you now? In Direbo? If so, click the symbol on the pedestal below the slate. In the ice cave in Tahgira? If so, look around for a good place to drop the slate (it'll become obvious if you look carefully)
