Hi, I installed Myst IV Revelation on an AMD 3200+ Athlon 32bit CPU 2.2Ghz with 1024MB Ram DDR with 256MB Video Card Geforce 4 FX 5600, I also did the updates and when I start it the game stops immediateley. I get a black screen and then I am returned to my desktop. No error message. The game not start. Please help. By the way I paid for the game this is the real thing. Thanks in advance.

Suggestions:

1. Download and correctly install the proper driver from NVIDIA for your GeForce FX 5600 video card, as detailed in Myst IV: Installing Video Drivers With Win XP.

2. Do steps 3 and 4 in Myst IV: Miscellaneous Fixes for Video Problems.

3. If that doesn't help, re-install Revelation from a clean boot as detailed in Myst IV: Clean Boot Install/Re-install With Win XP.

If none of the above help, post a DxDiag report in this thread so that we can take a look at your system and maybe make recommendations. See [Posting Guidelines] Help! Run all of the tests you can on the Display, Sound and Music tabs before saving the report to a file, and post *ALL* of the contents of the file.
