Is there any way to run Myst IV on a Mac without having to insert the second CD into the CD drive? I've done a full install and copied all the files from CD #2 into the folder on my hard drive but the program still asks for CD #2.

I'd like to know if there's a "no DVD" patch for the Mac. There is one for the PC... not fair!
