I go to click new game, and when I do click, the game just minimizes on me. Please help!

That's not much info. Help us help you:

Windows or Mac? OS version? If Mac: PPC or Intel?
Game patched to last version?
Meets minimum HW?
Graphics drivers up to date? Which card?

"Minimize" means crash to desktop or minimize to task bar?

Try to start by checking pinned threads.

I have the same exact problem, the game minimizes with each left mouse click
i use a microsoft wireless mouse, explorer maybe

ok lets see
i have dual screen, laptop
blabla
the window is probably not registered properly
seeing as how if right click i get the firefox right click menu from this very forum
the game starts alright, no problems really
its just this window client issue

apparently you solve this by disabling the other monitor
not a big deal
