hi, I'm trying to submit a request for PoP:SoT and PoP:WW in the ubisoft support's ask a question , but everytime I try to login (I can login from the homepage) and I enter my username and password I get redirected to a page that says site encountered an unexpected error and shows messagekey=100 error in the address bar . Same thing happened when I tried to contact the ubisoft webmaster so there is really no other place I can get help on this issue . I'd appreciate if anyone tells me why I can't login neither to tech support and webmaster or if any of the moderators could please forward this email to a relevant Ubisoft section (either tech support or webmaster) . Sorry for the off-topic post , there was no other official place I could post this .

It's not possible.
And i think ubisoft will not make a patch to support higher resolutions for the games.
Thanks . I was thinking about maybe editing the config files in both the game directory and the one's that get stored in the Documents and Settings/Users/Me in a hex editor . Maybe it can be fixed that way
I am not a game developer, but there is probably a lot of programming code just to handle the appearance of a 3D environment for the preset screen sizes. That code manages the X, Y, and Z coordinates as you throw objects, jump long distances, move ladders, etc. The developers only programmed for and tested certain video cards and how they work with the Direct-X engine.
Sit back and enjoy what does work.
If you wanted to pay Ubisoft some big bucks to get the source code to the game and then try to rewrite the game for your video card/desired screen size, it might take you two years of effort to do so.
