i am logging in with my correct ubi username/password on my xbox 360 for the exclusive content(altair skin) but it keepsw telling me i am entering the wrong/incorrect combination of username/password.

whats going on and how do i fix it?

cgatto, You should have an option to either create an account, or log into an existing account. If you are still having trouble I would either just create a brand new account using a different username, email and password, or you should also be able to reset your password at Ubi.com for your existing account.
