Hey i downloaded this game onto my comp then i run the setup but it says i have to enter my ubi account info, i do so and it says that only a U.S. can play this title, but i am from U.s. and i said so in my registration, im confused, pls help me

There are several posted discussions regarding that subject.
For one day about three years ago, Ubisoft concocted some strange marketing plan to allow game players in the USA and Canada (?) to download the game for free. The original offer did not specify that you had to live in the USA (and maybe Canada.)
Whatever creative programming logic they wrote in order to try to limit the game's use was faulty.
To my knowledge (as a game player ... I am not an Ubisoft employee/contractor) you may as well delete what you downloaded regarding that disastrous marketing attempt.
That is not officially supported by Ubisoft any more.

There are probably some Websites where you might pay money to download the game.
I suggest trying to buy someone else's used game on CD or DVD than downloading the game.
I have seen problems posted by people who paid for some download, it might start, but then it might fail later.
