It's all aout graphics for everyone... such a dull society...
Update drivers if it wont work buy a new graphic card because the one u got now suck monkey ballz and doesnt fully support shaders...

You have to be kidding me. Well, if you paid for the game and decide not to play it because the shadows are too blocky then it's your loss.

I guess forcing AA in your video card settings could do the trick but that fails on my ATI HD4870 (screen flickers during load, can't even see anything ingame). I'm looking into possible advanced settings but the game doesn't have as many customization options as assassin's creed does (which has the same shadows btw). Honestly though, I finished the game without even noticing the shadows were that bad.
EDIT: I can't find any way to increase shadow detail, it's just down to the graphics engine, AA settings won't change it either. Assassin's Creed (same engine) apparently has a ShadowMapSize setting that you could tweak, but I can't find it in this game and I'm not sure how much difference it would make. The only advice I can give you is to ignore it, it's not as noticeable in other areas anyway.
