Can you change the joysticks in AA? I bought Battlefield 2 and you can't change the joysticks in that game. For example: In Halo 2 I use the left joystick to move forward and back and to turn left and right. I use the right joystick to strafe left to right and look up and down. Will I be able to use this layout for the controls in AA?
Thank you at least one person feels my pain. I just got of the phone with ubi and they said that u are not able to change the joysticks so i am not buying it.... Battlefield did it too and it seems more and more compainies are doing it also i'm pissed b/c i've waited so danm long for this game and i cant play it.. WHAT IS GOING ON GAME DEVOPLERS?????
Well, if that's the case then I will not buy this game. I'll just stick to playing Halo 2 and SWB 2 on Xbox and Socom 3 on the PS2. At least those games allow me to change the joystick layout.
Looking at the screen here, the 2nd alternate set up is this:
Left stick is look left/right and move forward & back. Click to sprint. Right stick is look up/down and strafe left/right. Click for scope.
Also, for others, you can completely swap the left and right, which I guess is usually called southpaw. Left stick is look up/down, look left/right and scope. Right is move and click to sprint. The exact opposite of default. Doesn't change the other buttons.
I just have a few questions.in A*A for PC you have bi-pods for the SAW,snipers and MOD'd weapons such as the M4.will you still have these in the PS2 console vers. of the game?or will they already be in place, just pulled down all the time?and i'm still confused about the overall controls of the game,is the command menu set up like Ghost Recon or something more along the lines of Socom?in A*A for PC when you have a MOD'd weapon, you have to put the silencer on on you cal leave it off,can you do this with R.o.a.S or are the MOD's there all the time?thx.
