I pre-purchased America's Army (PS2) and Ubi says they put a hold on your account for that order. In fact, the money was taken out of my account (bank confirmed this) and now that I've requested to cancel my order a few weeks ago, I've yet to see the money returned...

Thank you Ubi, for screwing me for the second time (building me up for this game and not releasing it, then not giving me my money back when I cancelled my order.)

I will never buy another one of your games again, ever, even from the bargain bin.
