Hello everybody. As you can see by the title, the Skill Point Glitch can be solved, and it is relatively simple.

After activating the glitch, do NOT use any more skill points. Let the points build up to 480, which will indeed take a good bit of time without the promotion points. Once you reach 480 spendable skill points, you will start to receive redistribution points. Build up enough redistribution points to take your skills down to using only 480 skill points total.

If anyone needs something cleared up, just ask. I fixed my account today, and I'm loving it.

What if u already have 10 across the board and have 480 skill points u can't use?? please Help i don't want to have to start a new account on xbox live.

You're not supposed to use those extra skill points. If you have 10 across the board and 480 in the top bar, then you will start earning redistribution points. You need to earn a great deal of redistribution points to take your skills back to where they should be.

The skills are set up where you can have all of your skills at 6 except for 1, which will be at zero. I wish you luck, you will need it. It would probably be more beneficial for you to create a new account.

build up about 20 redistribution points and then go into your personel jacket. switch your archetype to none, then accept the change. pull your right trigger to move over to your skill points page and press x,x,b,x. drain as many points as you can and then press "a" to accept the change. after you press a and before you hit anything else, press x,b. you will get all the redistribution points you just spent back. with this trick you can get your soldier back into shape without having to start a new account or by spending countless hours earning redistribution points. hop ehtis helps

The problem is that I never get Redistribution points! All I ever get are normal points.

Plus, well I've got an XBox 360 now and I doubt I'll be playing this game any more. I certainly know I wont be buying any Ubi soft title any more.

you have to build up 480 skill points in the bar at the to p of the screen then after that you will start to recieve redistribution points again

I did read it. I just didn't understand from the initial post that if I got 480 points to spend that I would start getting redist point again.

hey man when i go into my skill points section under my personal jacket online then push x to edit, i can push x again for archtype. However, when i push x for archtype my x box freezes up and i have to restart. Am i in the clear of the glitch and/or do i need to know more?

Can you simply use the redistribution points to take everything to zero and then use the 480 you stored up to improve your skills? Also, if you use that 480, will you continue earning redistribution points, or will your skill point meter have to be refilled first? Taking them down to zero and then using your 480 seems like the easiest way to make sure you used only 480 across the board.

I really want to know this guys... I don't want to earn all that and then screw it up again...

My XBOX freezes as well. I'll just assume I'm totally screwed. I've called XBOX Live Support and they said I was the first to complain about the problem. They said to get all of the people with the skill point problems and have them complain to XBOX Live support, so they can try to force UBISOFT to create a patch for it, or give refunds. CALL THEM NOW!!

all you people are talking about how you fixed your skill points but you never say how did you get ride of your skill points,i have all my skill to 10, how can i delete my skill points?get them back to 0 or 6?

how can i delete my skill points, get them to zero, how??????

Step 1. go to character page. Change character to none.
Step 2. Go to skills page and Press XXBX move first set of skills down to 6. Press AXB
repeat process for all skills until all but one set of skills are at 6
Remember to keep pressing axb after you have moved your skills down.
You should be fine. Let your skills build back up if you've udes them during this process.

Then you can redistribute them. Only redistribute the ones on the main page. Do not add more. The best is to leave them at 6 and one on zero. And then do not TOUCH THEM AGAIN. kEEP CHECKING YOUR MED PACS.

ok,i have the skill points glitch and i had been asking how to get rid of skill points, and you asnwer that, but now i have a nother problem, i know how to delete the skill points, i need redistribution points but i dont gain any, but the problem dosent end there, i dont only dont get any redistribution points but i also dont get any skill points,so im stuck, i dont win neither skill points or redistribution points, what do i do???
