umm i need some help could anyone who know about the 480 point thin tell me a glitch or somthing so i can get under the limit of 480 skill points...so i my skill levels will work???

PEOPLE, ANYBODY, I NEED HELP MY ACCOUNT IS REALLY GLITCHED.
OK I HAVE THE SKILL POINTS GLITCH,I HAVE ALL MY SKILLS UP TO 10, I HAVE NO REDISTRIBUTION POINTS, AND I CANT WIN ANY SKILL POINTS, WHAT DO I DO?, IF ANYBODY IN THIS WORLD KNOWS HOW TO HELP ME, I WOULD REALLY APRECIATE IT.
