Hi Guys. I'm new to AA. My PC isn't fast enough to run AA, hence I'm pretty psyched to get a chance to play it on X-Box. I have some questions. First, how much of the game is going to be SF based versus regular forces? Secondly, are all of the weapons classes and mods that are in AA and AASF going to be in this game? On multiplyer will the OPFOR look like enemies automatically? Or will the host have to change the skins? Just wondering. If anyone has some answers please post.

I've been playing the PC version for years now, and I'm confident that the similarities between the two platforms will be close.

SF v Regular?
The game is based on the Honor system for the PC. It's a great alternative to the military's RANK system. Each map on the PC version has several slots available for you to choose based on your current Honor or SKill Level. You can choose from SF (If your qualified and have a high enough honor) to Regular Infantry (those not SF Qualified) to Indigenous Forces. Each map scenario will dictate what kind of slots are available. You may find maps that have no SF positions to maps that are all SF, as well as a variety in between.

Weapons and Mods
I would presume that all the weapons and mods will be in the console version.

OPFOR Skins
The PC multiplayer game automatically makes all OPFOR look like OPFOR. I would presume that this would be ported to console as well.

FatesODB,

Thanks for the reply. If this game is like the PC version appears to be, then I think that I will be happy. I'm looking for something that is a little different than the standard FPS. I like a bit more tactically and stealthy based games, as well as a bit more autonomy in terms of weapons mods In short I'm looking to play as closely to the real SF as possible. I've read good things about AASF PC, but you never know.....Ghost Recon 2 is a lot of fun but a bit of a dissappointment. I'm gonna give UBI one more try with this one. I'm optimistic.

Dude, you choose the right game...this game is kick *** tactics...i notice you survive more when you have TeamSpeak or Ventrilo or soemthing you can chat and work out a plan, and if you have a team that knows what they are doing, but ya, Alot of the PC people beleive the game is being noobified, hence the arrow to idenity friend from foe, however i hope this is just a single player option!!!!! anyways, i'm looking forward to playing it on Xbox, cya in the field,
Hooah!
