I have the same problems as you. UBI does not seem to care if the problems are fixed. I have contacted UBI number of times and the same LAME answers are given.

Keep complaining and MAYBE they will listen!!!!

That is not true at all. UBI is helping anyway they can in customer support. It is Microsoft that controls the live aspect of the game. Contact Ubi and see what they say first before bashing them.


I have contacted UBI and as you can see above they offer NO HELP. I will bash and bash along with other that have the same problems. The game has been out long enough and enough complaints have been sent to UBI.

It is not microsoft's job to fix this problem, this is Ubisofts problem, it is not a live problem it is a glitch that they evidently didnt test before releasing the game to us, i'm so tired of having to beta test every game i buy

Just to let you all know I posted about them offering no support and about the reply they gave me when i sent a support ticket. I did not use any curse words or yell at all, and they deleted my post in this same topic. They are just trying to avoid all contact with the people who play it.

All i can say is #@(%*&#)(*$&!@%(*^&#*%^ Ubi and their lack of support lately

Why is everyone hating on Ubisoft? This is neither Microsofts nor Ubi's problem; it's Secret Level's problem. Ubi just puts the game out, Secret Level developed it, and its them who needs to be *****ed at.

I myself have accidentally activated this glitch, but I am working on fixing it myself by getting 480 skill points spendable, hoping to get the game to allow me redistribution points.

Stop hating on Ubi, it's their problem but they can do nothing about it.

I have put all my skill points in at random not an archtype and i have max skill points, so does this mean if i try to use an archtype ill get screwed over too?

Yes.
There's no need for archetypes anyway, it's just suggestions for where to put your points. Just do it yourself and put them where you want them. Experimenting with it is part of the fun.

IMO, one of the best things they could do when (if) they releas a patch would be to simply ditch the archetype feature. Pretty useless, IMO.

build up about 20 redistribution points and then go into your personel jacket. switch your archetype to none, then accept the change. pull your right trigger to move over to your skill points page and press x,x,b,x. drain as many points as you can and then press "a" to accept the change. after you press a and before you hit anything else, press x,b. you will get all the redistribution points you just spent back. with this trick you can get your soldier back into shape without having to start a new account or by spending countless hours earning redistribution points. hope this helps Mocking
