Hi I own splinter cell, Since it is a bit older, I have lost CD 3. Is there a way to download it/ order it if I can prove I own my copy? Please Help!

The only thing I can think of is re-buying it. I know it's a pain but there are ways to download it though they aren't very nice.

Contact Ubi support. What they do when a disk is broken is have you send in the old one and $10 and send you a new one. I think they would do the same if it was lost. Go to http://ubi.com/us/support/default.aspx (if you live in the US), sign in, and ask your question again. They'll give you details.

Not that I wanna be "that" guy that promotes piracy (which I'm not), but if you own a copy dl:ing from another source is legal as long as you use your own original key and not modify the code by using cracked exe's etc.
What you own when you buy software is a licence, where you get the actual software from is irrelevant...
