good question,all of them fit the mood or sam in each game.like the first 3 sam had a sharp professional look.DA was more of a dangerous hardcore,and etc looking.conviction he is worn out ,done wrong,fugitive.so they all fit in the story. my opinion

Yeah, all of them fit the mood depending upon the game, but for Convictions I'll prefer different kind of hairstyles because it will help Sam to be discreet.

LoL Naw, I don't mind the shaved one; they showed him gettin' hosed off with it so he had to be clean.

I dont mind bald that much either but the face is what I didnt like seeing Sam look mad and sad wasnt good.

There is a difference between bald and shaved you *EDIT*. Sam got his head shaved, he wasn't bald, otherwise he would not have hair in Conviction.

Anything is better then he's bald look!

Short hair usually looks better imo, but honestly, I dig Sam's longer hair the most.

Sam isn't staying clean when he's crawling through ventilation systems, wading through muddy water in a jungle, getting blood on his tuxedo, and the usual sweating.

I would expect ConViction will see Sam at his very cleanest because, for one, he won't be wading through any mud in the middle of a city, and for another, you'd think he'd have to bath frequently or else everyone would stare at him for smelling like a hog.

He's a fugitive, not a homeless bum.

Getting dirty while working isn't the same as being dirty when you start. There was no stink-o-meter...

You will probably be dirty all the time in Conviction since you probably live under a bridge.

Fugitives are civilized people, they break into your basement and sleep in your house while you're gone, then use your shower.

Sam has an underground network. Any one of those many people could spare a bed for him.
