I dont exactly know but just putting someone that resembles Sam, someone that resembles A.D.Williams and has the same name and also the NSA going into this stuff is weird. Maybe the dude with goggles could be a sign saying that maybe L&S will be back with everything SC uses and also the return of A.D. Williams and possibly Lambert although there is no mention about him on RSV2 and also Mr. Lawrence behaving like A.D. Williams after chasing Miguel throwing stuff around and behaving like an ahole and the NSA could mean Lambert comes back with Redding and Grim and possibly someone else. This is pure speculation and id like to add that maybe just maybe this might mean we are getting info about SCC sometime after RSV2 but RSV2 and SCC are done by different teams of the studio but Mathieu Ferland was involved in the creation of Raven Shield so something maybe up. If we get this info I believe it may happen around UBIDAYS. Thats all.

That's not really that complex. Williams (the one in SCDA) is the Assistant Director of the NSA and except the fact that he's aware of Third Echelon, he never played a major role in that part of the NSA (keep in mind 3E is working autonomously of the NSA), however maybe they really decided to place a few hints regarding SCC here and there - we'll know that once we'll play the game.

Good question, but even if that should be his name, he looks quite different compared to the one in R6V2 if I recall correct. For example, the Williams in SCDA is using glasses and his hair is much darker, in addition his face is more slim and even a bit longer.

Who knows, maybe he is a brother / cousin or something like that or there isn't really a connection between SCDA / SCC and R6V2.

I think his hair may look that way because of the light behind him and the glasses well maybe he wasnt wearing them and he behaves kinda like Williams.
