What if Conviction was more like GTA; an open city?

You'd have to eat, sleep, earn money to buy your stuff (or steal it). You really could sleep under a porch. Or go pan handling for change in the city park. The cops could hassle you, "Move along, sir."

Think about it; the new life of secret agent Sam Fisher. Conviction could be a hobo sim!
